Do you have a physical store?
For the time being we are operating online only. But click and collect is available off our website.
Do you accept payments on delivery?
No, we only accept payments via checkout on our online store.
What payment options do you accept?
Currently we use hellopay by NedBank.
How long does shipping take?
We use BobGo as our go-to courier partner. Our focus is to get your products to you as soon as possible, depending on the area you are located and the product that you purchase, delivery could be between 5 to 7 days. 7-10 day delivery times generally pertain to outlying / rural areas or stock availability.
Why don't you offer free delivery?
Instead of trying to work our delivery fees into each product, we prefer to keep our product costs low, and charge separately for your delivery. We’ve partnered with some of the best courier and shipping companies so that we have peace of mind, quick and hassle-free deliveries.
What countries do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping in Gauteng. If you are in need of items on the website but delivered to other regions or other African countries you can use our contact form to get in touch with more details. Please note *out of South Africa orders are only sold in Bulk qty.
What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This cost falls on customers to return products in the state they were recieved.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for validity.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service at [info@acacapital.co.za] or 0645177506 to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, you will receive a credit through our website for future purchases.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.
How to Exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [info@acacapital.co.za] or 0645177506 to initiate an exchange.
- Follow the same steps as the return process for shipping.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will send out your replacement item. Or a future credit will be provided when a new item your require is available.
Shipping Costs Will Be Applied If
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can we Click and collect from you?
Yes! Please note that all Click & Collect orders will be dispatched for collection 24 hours after purchase, once payment has been successfully verified. Collections can be made from the next business day, and customers will be notified once their order is ready through preferred mode of contact.
